Encoder handelt es sich um einen Drehgeber, bei dem auf eine andere Art der Signalauswertung zur\u00fcckgegriffen wird. Dabei wird ein periodisches Muster bei der Z\u00e4hlung der Impulse verwendet, die pro Umdrehung geliefert werden. F\u00fcr diese Messmethode ist ein Nullimpuls, also die Zuordnung eines Referenzpunktes obligatorisch.<\/p>\n<p>Inkrementalgeber bzw. Encoder werden beispielsweise in Drehzahlmessern sowie anderen Bereichen der Automatisierungstechnik, bei denen eine pr\u00e4zise Positions- oder Drehzahlbestimmung wichtig ist, eingesetzt.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row full_width=\u00a0\u00bbstretch_row\u00a0\u00bb el_class=\u00a0\u00bbsection-grauverlauf\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Absolutwertgeber<\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]Absolutwertgeber, auch Drehwertgeber genannt, sind Sensoren, die Drehwinkel in der Regel als digitale Ausgangssignale ausgeben. Technisch arbeitet ein Absolutwertgeber mit kreisf\u00f6rmig angeordneten Kontakten, die bei einer Drehbewegung ge\u00f6ffnet und geschlossen werden. Dadurch wird ein sogenannter Gray-Code erzeugt, ein stetiger Code, bei dem sich die benachbarten Codebestandteile lediglich durch eine Bin\u00e4rziffer unterscheiden.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c4u\u00dferlich weisen die Geh\u00e4use von Absolutwertgebern Parallelen zu Drehpotentiometern auf. Der technische Unterschied liegt aber darin, dass die Kontakte und nicht das Widerstandsmaterial kreisf\u00f6rmig angeordnet sind. Die Anschlusskontakte eines Absolutwertgebers sind sichtbar am Geh\u00e4use herausgef\u00fchrt. Eine Achse, welche die Bedienung des Drehgebers erm\u00f6glicht, wird f\u00fcr gew\u00f6hnlich ebenfalls aus dem Bauteil
