Machinery in agricultural and construction technology often needs intensive cleaning from mud and residues after use. The use of high-pressure cleaners poses a massive risk to the internal electrical system. ALDERS solves this problem by using self-sealing screws, nuts, and sealing caps from our partner APM HEXSEAL. These components reliably seal the mounting openings and prevent water and dust from penetrating the housing interior. In combination with robust toggle and rocker switches from NKK Switches or OTTO Controls, which are factory-specified for high IP protection classes, we ensure the permanent function of the operating elements under the most adverse climatic conditions.

Precise Control of Heavy Equipment through Ergonomic HMI Solutions

The precise control of excavator arms or attachments in agriculture requires an intuitive human-machine interface. ALDERS offers a wide range of joysticks, thumbwheels, and multi-function grips for this purpose. Particularly noteworthy are the solutions from OTTO Controls and our own multi-function grip AG2006. These control elements are not only mechanically extremely resistant to shocks and vibrations but are also ergonomically optimized to enable sensitive control. We adapt these grips individually to your requirements – including the integration of specific buttons, backlit components, and individual cable assembly for direct system integration.

High-Precision Position Detection and Signal Stability

For automated processes, such as the depth guidance of a plow or the precise positioning of booms, exact sensor technology is essential. ALDERS provides high-precision rotary potentiometers and sensors from partners such as CTS Electrocomponents and GT Joysticks for this. These components have been specially developed for the high vibration loads in the off-highway sector and offer linear, reproducible signal processing. Thanks to their robust design and the use of high-quality resistance materials, they guarantee fault-free feedback to the on-board electronics, which increases machine efficiency and prevents incorrect controls due to signal noise.

Individual Pre-assembly and Technical Engineering

Manufacturers often do not need individual components but ready-to-install subsystems to shorten their own production times. ALDERS acts as an extended workbench here and takes over the complete technical implementation. We assemble cable harnesses for sidesticks, solder switch units, and pot electronic contacts with casting resin to make them absolutely insensitive to vibrations and moisture. Through this kitting and customer-specific modification, you receive solutions perfectly tailored to your installation space, which can be directly incorporated into the series production of your construction or agricultural machinery.
