In industrial trucks such as forklifts or pallet trucks, operators often work with joysticks and control grips for entire shifts. Poor ergonomics quickly lead to fatigue and operating errors. ALDERS supplies haptically optimized control grips and multifunction solutions, such as the AG2006, which have been specially developed for intensive use. These grips can be individually equipped with pushbuttons, thumbwheels, and rockers to make complex lifting and steering movements intuitively controllable. Maximum Protection against Corrosion and Aggressive Environmental Influences

Municipal vehicles in winter service or street cleaning are constantly exposed to water, dirt, and corrosive chemicals. Conventional electromechanical components corrode under these conditions within a very short time. We solve this challenge by using self-sealing screws, nuts, and specialized sealing caps from our partner APM HEXSEAL. These components hermetically seal control panels and housing openings. This effectively protects the internal contacts of rotary switches and pushbuttons from de-icing salts and moisture, which massively increases reliability in critical winter operations.

The exact positioning of fork tines, sweeping brushes, or lifting arms requires highly accurate feedback to the on-board electronics. ALDERS offers specialized sensors, rotary potentiometers, and encoders from GT Joysticks for this purpose. They provide linear and reproducible measurement data, which are essential for automated processes or assistance systems in modern industrial trucks.
