Position Sensors

For position measurement sensors, we rely on our partners GT Joysticks and CTS Corporation. The precision and durability of components from these two manufacturers have proven themselves over many years and offer maximum reliability as well as accuracy – and that is exactly what matters. From our distribution partner CTS, we supply an acceleration module that can be installed in mobility aids and small vehicles, as well as a rotary position sensor that is used in engines as a throttle sensor or angle sensor and is characterized by the following properties:

• high robustness and long service life
• very resistant to fluid ingress
• compact design

From our distribution partner GT Joysticks, we supply linear position sensors. Such a position sensor is used for precise measurement of distances in the millimeter range and is primarily used for control and quality assurance in industrial production. Our product range includes a selection of position sensors characterized by high robustness and reliability. We also offer radiation-resistant position sensors. The position sensors from GT Joysticks have the following properties:

• compact design
• (up to double-sealed) push-rod bearing
• precise double push-rod bearing
• axial and radial connector or cable connections
• long service life

Hydrogen Sensors

Hydrogen sensors from our premium partner FES are used wherever hydrogen is produced, stored, transported, and utilized. The sensors were developed for monitoring potentially hazardous hydrogen concentrations in ambient air. The gas sensors are resistant to siloxanes in ambient air, long-term stable, require no calibration, and are completely maintenance-free. The special control and amplifier electronics are directly integrated into the housing. The gas sensors from FES have the following properties:

• high sensitivity and selectivity towards hydrogen up to the lower explosive limit (LEL)
• insensitive to typical catalyst poisons such as volatile siloxanes and carbon monoxide
• fast response and recovery times
• no zero drift
• usable in humidity from 0% to 100% RH and under wet steam conditions
• operating temperature range from -10 °C to 50 °C
• robust design
• long-term stable and maintenance-free
• no calibration required
